Travelogue Taiwan - Jiufen Old Street

Tempat berikutnya, Sally nak bawak korang ke Jiufen Old Street..Indeed, it was really old actually...This very long stretch of street called Jiu Fen or Chiufen in the mountain area in Ruifang District of New Taipei City..

Jalan ni mmg sempit dan sangat la tak digalakkan untuk bawa anak-anak kecil...Tapi kalau boleh jaga, okay je pun nak bawa anak-anak...Mungkin jugak masa Sally g ni orang ramai...banyak gila tour bus yang ada...honestly, jalan dia tak muat untuk dua biji kereta pun tapi bas 2 bijik masih boleh lalu walaupun kawasan berbukit..hahahaha...

The saddest part of this trip, setiap kali kami nak kemana-mana mesti hujan...so, the enjoyable moment tu takde...mmg kojenya asyik lari daripada hujan je...walaupun pakai baju hujan ke pakai payung ke...sama je...pulak tu semua attraction mmg open space..haihh!

(it was raining heavily when I'm taking this picture)...hahaha...tapi takpela...masih nampak dengan mata kasar kita...walaupun tidak seindah kalau sang suria ada...tapi dah cukup bersyukur bila nampak lautan tuu...Did I ever mentioned that I loved water, ocean so much..?

Meanwhile, sebab takde nampak benda yang yakin boleh makan...Sally cuba air jambu batu merah ni...MashaAllah..sedap sangat...walaupun harganya NT$80 (RM12) tapi tutup mata jela...ke sebab botol Doraemon tu eh? hahahaha....

So, macam mana nak ke Jiufen Old Street..?

By Train:
From Taipei, take the train north to Ruifang Station. After exiting the station, cross the street to the bus stop and board the Keelung Transit bus towards Jiufen. The bus trip takes roughly 15 minutes, and the fare is NT$21 during the week, NT$15 during weekends/holiday.

By Bus:
From MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing (忠孝復興), Brown Line 1 and Blue Line 5 interchange, leave from Exit 1 and take bus route 1062 (Keelung Bus) to Jinguashi, alight at Jiufen. The ride is about 1 hour and the fare is NT$90. Be sure to get a good seat to enjoy scenic views of Northern Taiwan. Bus 788 is also available from Keelung.
