Tahun 2016 ni...ada yang masih kekalkan usaha nak kuruskan badan...tapi Sally tak pernah ada niat nak kuruskan badan...tapi tahun ni Sally cuba nak kekalkan gaya hidup yang sihat...makan secara "bersih"...

Masa sharing tu dapat beberapa tips untuk makan secara sihat...bukan diet je yang boleh sihat tau...Yang penting kita kena pandai kawal apa yang kita makan, kawal kalorinya dan kena jaga masa makan...

Masa makan yang sesuai:

Sarapan : 7am-9am
Makan Tengahari : 12pm-2pm
Makan Malam : 6pm-8pm

Yang paling penting, jangan pernah tinggalkan sarapan pagi!!



Makan malam tuu ditaja oleh kafe Raisin' The Roof...Kafe ni mmg serve semua jenis makanan yang mmg sangat sihat dan bersih...Jangan ingat bila kita diet, kita tak boleh makan makanan yg sedap...contohnya macam Purple Pecan Pie tuu...Sally mmg suka sangat...terutamanya kacang pecan dia tuu...syok sangat makan!

Jujur kata, Sally sebenarnya tak yakin boleh ikut menu yang dorang anjurkan, but guess what..?

It's my fifth day!

Walaupun agak susah pada awalnya...tapi Sally rasa agak selesa dengan cara makan ni...mmg agak sedikit drastik perubahan diet yang biasa..tapi okay jugak laa...takde rasa nak pitam atau nak pengsan ke even tak makan nasi semua tuu...


Sally juga cuba mengamalkan diet dengan bantuan USANA...Usana ni merupakan salah satu meal replacement yang mana membantu kita membersihkan lemak di dalam badan dan membantu mengurangkan berat badan secara sihat...Tak perlu berlapar pun dan yang penting badan tetap rasa bertenaga...
