Manusia ni kan banyak perasaan kan...hehehe...kat atas ni makanan yang boleh diambil untuk kurangkan perasaan tu..hehehe...tapi sally tak tau la jadi ke tidak ye...hihihi...

Stressed = Chocolate
Anxious = Salmon
Angry = Hot Tea & Green Tea
Cranky = Berries
Sad = Cereal
Unsettled = Bread with peanut butter / jam
PMS = Toast with egg
Sluggish = Green leaf vegetable
Energy = Orange
Worried = Hot Soup

Nanti kalau dah cuba...bagi tau kat sally tau...jadi ke tidak...
