Sesekali mencuba makanan selain daripada makanan ruji kita, best jugak kan..? Sally ni mmg suka mencuba makanan...Jadinya harini Sally nak kongsikan makanan Lubnan dan Mediteranian di Al-Amar, Sunway Putra Mall...Kalau korang makan makanan Arab, Sally rasa korang takkan ada masalah untuk makan makanan Lubnan...walaupun agak sama, tapi makanan Lubnan lebih berperisa dan berempah..







Al-Amar sebenarnya dah lama ada kat Malaysia, cumanya kali ni Sally nak ajak korang ke outlet yang ada di Sunway Putra Mall...mudah je nak cari restoran ni sebab dia ada betul-betul kat depan escalator tingkat dua...Kawasan dia pun sangat luas dan selesa...mmg syok kalau nak buat makan-makan...



Cold Mezze

Hommos (RM17.55)
Mashed chickpeas mixed with sesame seed paste and a dash of lemon juice, topped with olive oil

Warak Enab (RM18.45)
Vine leaves stuffed with rice and spices and marinated in a lemon olive oil sauce



Salads

Fattoush (RM22.95)
A refreshing mixture of tomato, cucumber, lettuce, radish, mint leaves and rockets served with our special sumac dressing.



Hot Mezze


Falafel (RM20.25)
Fried beans and chickpea paste served with tahina sauce and condiments.

Main course



Kabbseh Rice (RM13.05)
Fragrant basmati rice cooked with tomato and spices.



Mix Grill (RM62.90)
A platter consisting of one lahem mechwe skewer, one chich taouk skewer and two kafta skewers.



Siyyediyeh (RM44.90)
Roasted grouper fish served with tragrant basmati rice cooked with fried onions and spices, served with our special sauce.

Dessert

Regular Fruit Platter (RM21.15)
Platter consisting of watermelon, pineapple and melon.

Fried potato cubes topped with chili powder, garlic, coriander and lemon. 

Secara keseluruhan, makanan Lubnan dan Mediteranian di Al-Amar masih boleh diterima oleh tekak Melayu Sally...mungkin sebab rempahnya yang membuatkan ianya lebih selari dengan deria rasa masakan Asia...tapi kalau korang nak cuba mencari kelainan dalam makanan korang, boleh cuba makanan Lubnan dan Mediteranian di Al-Amar ye!
